2026 TNBC Scholarship Gala: An Evening of Impact and Celebration

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, the Teamsters National Black Caucus Memphis Delta Chapter welcomed community leaders, labor partners, families and supporters to The Coronet for our 31st Annual Scholarship Gala.

The evening celebrated 15 outstanding scholarship recipients across three academic cohorts—our first-, second- and third-year scholars. Their ambition, perseverance and commitment to excellence reminded us why investing in education remains central to our mission.

Award-winning Action News 5 anchor Joy Redmond guided the evening as emcee, and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson delivered an inspiring keynote message about leadership, service and building opportunity for future generations.
