WHO WE ARE
The Memphis Delta Chapter of the Teamsters National Black Caucus brings together Teamster members, labor leaders, and community partners committed to equality, opportunity, and service.
Working within the framework of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Constitution, TNBC promotes education, workplace equity, civic participation, leadership development, and outreach to communities of color. TNBC is not a union; it works alongside the Teamsters movement to strengthen workers and communities.

To unite African-American Teamster members and allies, advocate for fairness and opportunity, develop leaders, and strengthen the communities we serve through education, civic engagement, and collective action.

A labor movement where every worker has a strong voice, every community has opportunity, and Black Teamsters are empowered to lead at every level.
